Manufactured in Wales for hundreds of years, Welsh Roofing slate is manufactured in various colours. The most popular are Penrhyn Heather Blue, Ffestiniog Blue Grey and Cwt-y-Bugail Dark Blue Grey. A wide range of sizes are manufactured to suit most applications.
Penrhyn Roofing Slate
The Penrhyn Quarry located in Bethesda, is the largest of the Welsh slate Quarries. Penrhyn slate is Heather blue in colour and available in 3 different grades.
