Calvo 20 Spanish slate, which is black in colour, has a smooth appearance and has very small stable visible pyrite that gives a distinctive finish. This roofing slate is sourced directly from the slate quarry, which is located in the Zamora region of Northern Spain. The Calvo 20 roof slate has a quarry back guarantee.
This roofing slate is flat and even meaning there is less sorting and grading required which will means less work (and therefore time) for the roofer.
If you are purchasing a full pallet of slate, the slates will be supplied in a sturdy pallet, meaning there is less chance of breakages. All pallets are shrink wrapped which helps to keep the roofing slates clean whilst in storage or at a site.
